At Cincinnati Works, we have two primary customers – our core employers and our Members (Job Seekers). Core employers provide a pool of opportunities for our Members and share in Cincinnati Works' mission to help willing and capable people living in poverty become self-sufficient through employment.
What is a Core Employer?
Core employers are organizations that regularly hire entry-level workers for jobs that pay between $8.00 and $10.00 an hour and typically offer health benefits after 90 days. We currently work with over 50 core employers representing a variety of fields including but not limited to:
